Depoe Bay is the smallest harbor. It is located in Lincoln County, Oregon and homes about 1,400 residents. It is located among the US HWY 101 and most will drive through it driving north or south. The small harbor offers whale watching trips for those wanting to go off shore for an hour or two. Perfect for families and animal lovers. Lots of visitors come for the fishing trips as well.
